Shipping
Can you ship worldwide?
Sure, we can! We are happy to offer free shipping worldwide for all orders. For more information, please check out Shipping & Delivery.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Order processing
Orders are processed in the order we receive them, unless you have selected expedited shipping.
The processing of your order is carried out within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of your payment.
Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the delivery location and the type of delivery chosen.

Tracking number
You can follow the status of your order if you have selected a type of shipment including tracking. If this is the case, at the time of sending, it will be communicated to you by email.

How can I track my order status?
If you have chosen shipping with tracking, you will receive an email with the tracking information once we ship your order. In any case, you can follow your order status by signing into your account. You will find one of the following statuses: Payment Accepted, Preparation in Progress, or Shipped. If you have a question about your tracking information or delivery status, contact us and we'll look it up for you.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support by email at faxkc42@gmail.com and we can help you with the next steps.
My order has never been delivered
The Air shipping which takes 2 to 3 weeks, can sometimes be delayed by various things such as interruption of service or customs.
The parcel might still be in transit and if it cannot be delivered to you for some reason, it is shipped back to us by the local courrier company. They ship the parcel back using the same shipping method, which doubles the waiting time. Since there is no tracking in these cases, we cannot say exactly where the parcel is.
If the parcel reaches our warehouse, we will notify you by email within 2 working days of receipt and inform you of the reason for the non-delivery. We can then ship it again.
Can I get a refund?
The refund is not possible as long as the parcel has not reached our warehouse. The parcel will have to reach us in order for a full refund to be applied.
Claim my parcel
If you are provided with a tracking link and it states that your order has arrived but it's not the case, please feel free to contact our Support Team at faxkc42@gmail.com and claim your parcel, we will make sure to get your order delivered!
My parcel is marked as delivered, but haven't received it
If your tracking states your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, we first recommend to check with your neighbors if someone has collected the package for you, or with your concierge, your community mailbox or parcel locker.
If you still can't find it within 24 hours, please contact our Support Team at faxkc42@gmail.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier to locate the parcel. Please note that a claim can only be submitted if the shipping method includes a tracking option.
Note: All lost parcel claims must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept credit card and PayPal payments, and more payment methods will be opened in the future.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
We currently do not offer cash on delivery when you purchase online.
Returns & Exchanges
How can I return an item?
If you would like to return or exchange an item, contact us and share with us your return reason. Please send the item(s) back in the original packaging with the original invoice. We will process your request within 7-14 days upon receipt of the package. Please check the full details on Returns & Exchanges.
Can I return a used item?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returned item that has already been used. All the returns have to be in original packages and labels, and it must be in unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange if the item is not in unused condition.
Can I return earrings?
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges of earrings or any other jewelry that passes through piercings.
How long does the refund take?
Once we have received your item at our warehouse, a refund is initiated within 3 business days. All major credit card providers typically take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
The best way to modify your order is to contact our support by email at faxkc42@gmail.com. If an order ships, we will not be able to make changes to your order and you will need to place a new order.
Coupons
How can I redeem my coupon?
You can redeem your coupon at checkout. By entering the coupon code at checkout we will automatically deduct the value from the total amount. Enjoy your discount!
How can I get coupons?
We share a surprise coupon code from time to time with our customers via newsletter, and our followers via our Instagram account @faxkc_jewelry, so please do sign up our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to be updated with our latest treats.
Products
What if the product I want to order is out of stock?
When a product is out of stock, you can choose to receive an email when it becomes available again. Just click on the 'Notify Me' button and we will let you know when the item is back in stock. You need to be signed in to subscribe to these alerts.
I saw something I really like on your website, but I could not find it anymore. What should I do?
We are constantly updating our collection. Instead of mass production, we’d like to make our products and collections unique and update them often, so that products you purchased from us are truly unique. We try to not restock the items once they are sold out, but if there are a big amount of requests to bring back an item, we may continue with another small restock. To know the status of an item, please send us a message and we will look it up for you.
